Nederland Farmers Market — Local Food Share Update

From the NFM 2023 report:

“By all objective measures, 2023 was our most successful year yet. We increased participation at our Sunday markets and in our Local Food Share program. We increased distribution to food access programs, getting healthy food where needs are highest. Programs like our partnership with Nederland Area Seniors and Double Up Food Bucks for SNAP participants allow the Nederland Farmers Market to provide access to the highest quality produce and products to our entire community–more than 5000 pounds of food was distributed by NFM to food insecure neighbors.”
